Long's excels at standing behind their work and communicating the 'why, what, and path forward' clearly. I discovered a significant duct separation in my attic on a Thursday afternoon, as I had blown a fuse in the furnace trying to install a smart thermostat... not smart. Thankfully I did though as I would NEVER be in the attic, for anything. Friday morning, called them at 8:00 AM, and had a tech on-site by 10:00 AM. He put a temporary solution in place, owned the issue from a prior install, and scheduled the full correction right away without missing a beat. Honest, professional, and incredibly fast response time—we highly recommend Long's!

My central AC died on a Friday afternoon when it was 102° outside and quickly climbing to 90° inside my house. I desperately called around town to see if ANYONE in the valley had someone who could come out same day. These guys were my 9th call and they were the first who could, and even within a few hours. Mauricio showed up on time and confirmed that our 24 year old compressor had indeed exploded and we'd need a complete new system, along with a new heat pump as that was the same age. He said they'd get a quote to me on Monday but in the meantime THEY HAVE PORTABLE AIR CONDITIONERS that they'll loan you. FOR FREE! Which he brought to me Saturday morning. No other company does that (1 or 2 have a few they'll RENT you IF available). Sure enough Monday my quote was ready with 3 options. Chris answered all of my questions (and there were a lot). We decided to proceed but because of such high demand soonest they could install was the following Monday. Folks, those portable units saved us during a week of high 90 to low hundred temps. They even brought a 2nd one Tuesday to cool the back part of our house because I mentioned my home office was still toasty. Today was the installation and again, crew showed up on time, super nice, super professional. It's 6pm, hottest time of the day, and I'm sitting in my nice cool house right now. They worked their butts off from 7am to 5 pm. Shout out to Nick (or Nate? sorry) and "other" Chris.
They use Daikin brand which gets good ratings, they have a solid warranty for both parts and labor. I've compared and their prices are extremely reasonable when you factor all of this together. Their service call fee is also less than the other companies had quoted me. It was genuinely just my good luck that they were the only ones available that day because it worked out for the best.

Long's did a great job from start to finish. Working with Josh on the quote was a good experience. All my questions and concerns were answered. Very professional and clear. Job, Jontel, and Chris were great to have here at the house doing the install. They were very professional and also responded to all my questions. And they were super nice to my dog!

Amazing. They were able to next day service to my squawking mini-split. The AC was all clogged up. A relatively quick and inexpensive fix. Every time I've called Long's, everyone was highly professional and responsive.

Lost AC Friday by Tuesday afternoon they had replaced our entire HVAC system. They even bought portable AC units to place in our house to get us by while the work was done! Job,Chris and Gavin showed up exactly on time and were absolutely the best crew I’ve ever worked with. Price was very fair and the turnaround time was way faster than I had expected. We will be Longs customers for life.

Huge shoutout to the service team at Longs. My unit quit working twice in the last 2 months, due to my own neglect and learning opportunities with maintenance 😏 both times they were able to send a tech same day and Andy and Mauricio were friendly, patient with my questions and helped me get my unit back in working order very quickly. I have an older home that comes with unique challenges and a creepy attic and they were nothing but professional. Highly recommend.

I can highly recommend Longs heating and A/C. Our air conditioner broke and it was so hot. They had great availability and came right on time. Mauricio did a wonderful job. He was very knowledgeable explained everything to me. He changed the filter in my house at no extra cost. Washed the ac unit. Had the part on hand and now all is good. Thank you!

We were out of the state & our tenant called with a/c problem. Our neighbor had highly recommended this company so we called them after having been dissatisfied with another company we’ve used for many years. They were very polite & efficient & had even called our tenant before we could text them and had set up an appt for the next day!!! Our tenant was so pleased & thought the technician was fabulous. He fixed the problem with the a/c within 24 hours of when our tenant said it wasn’t working!!! We would HIGHLY recommend this company & appreciate their great customer service

Had a problem with my a/c system. Called long's and they had a tech out in a few hours. The technician had it fixed in about 30 minutes. Everyone was very helpful and professional.

Started with a phone call at 8:30 Monday morning. Pleasant voice answered after one ring, promised to send a tech between noon and 4. By 1:30 that same day my air conditioning was working again. Longs came highly recommended--now I too will be recommending them!

We had a few places come out and give us bids. Chris Fort came out and he was amazing we talked about a lot of things gave me three units to choose from. Went out of his way to insure we got the best rebates out there 4,000 off the whole system. I went with Longs due to many factors and I’m so very pleased with the choice we made. Installers were on time very kind and friendly got the new system up and running. I recommend Longs to anyone who needs a new system or to replace part of one, very affordable kind and easy to talk to.

These people are great! They listen to what you need and don't push unnecessary upgrades. I just bought a home and found ducts with holes. Chris came and assessed my ducts determined we needed to replace some, not all parts. Others were telling me either the entire ductwork or an entirely new ductless system. Long's did the repairs and cleaned everything. Today, Josh came and inspected the unit. It is over 20 years old and I am blessed it still works great. He did the regular maintenance as I asked, no upgrade talks nor any sales gimmick. We looked at the water condenser (there's a leak and it's rusting some parts). He was honest, the part is likely not available but he's willing to see what they can do. I just want 2 more years out of it🤞 so I can save for a new unit. Yes, it is more expensive in the long run. But it's what I can do NOW. They listened to that and worked with me. Long's has my business and I will send my family and friends as well.

From the person who answered my call and inquired about their service, to making the appointment and through the installation, the whole process was simple and smooth. The salesperson was great and answered all of our questions. The installers were awesome — professional, on time, and thorough. The cleanup was perfect, and they took the time to show us how to use the new thermostats. They even brought in an electrician to handle the electrical work, which made everything so much easier. I highly recommend Longs Heating and Air!

We had Josh from Long’s Heating & Air Conditioning out to tune up our Daikin system, and he was outstanding from start to finish. He originally installed this system back in 2021, so he knew every detail of how it was set up, and it showed. He walked us through the entire unit, explained how everything works in clear, practical terms, and answered every question with patience and real expertise.
What really impressed us was the level of care. When I accidentally locked the system later that day and couldn’t figure out how to reset it, Josh actually pulled off the road and talked me through the steps on his cell phone. That kind of service is almost unheard of anymore. He was friendly, professional, and genuinely invested in making sure everything was working perfectly.
